These boots are hardcore. I've had my eye on these for years and finally dropped the cash to get a pair. So worth it. These boots are really well made and solid. As some people noted, yes they are a bit heavy, but that's what I expected. You're getting a lot of leather and metal for your money. Every time I go out somewhere someone compliments me on them. They really stand out from other boots. They were a little stiff when I first put them on but that was also to be expected. Heavy leather takes a little wear to break in and soften and conform to your body shape. I've been wearing them most days for a few weeks now and they've definitely loosened up a bit, in a good way. When I first put them on they felt a bit snug in the width but now that I've worn them for a little while they're stretching as needed and are fitting well. They are quite comfortable but they do take a little getting used to as far as 'clunking around' due to the weight of them. It's just a very different experience to wear these versus other boots and shoes. Well worth it.
