There was two reasons why I can’t give this cowboy hat 5 stars......The first was when I ordered my first Stetson it came with several defects. There was two flaws in the hat itself when it was made and a dent in the crown of the hat. How it passed quality control and even shipped to a customer is beyond understanding.The second is I ordered a 7 1/4 size hat and the first Stetson fit perfectly, but the second one was a bit loose even though it was also a 7 1/4 size as well. How one can fit perfectly and the next one not fit baffles me.Stetson is known for there craftsmanship and quality. So I was a little disappointed and left to wonder who is checking theses hats after there being made. Don’t get me wrong they are very good looking and my second hat is amazing. I just wish the size could of been consistent.Like the hat and it fits as expected. I can’t give 5 stars because the hat arrived with two large creases. I’ll be able to work them out but would suggest shipping with the original box and not just in some flimsy insert which doesn’t stand up on a long trip. Shipping time was 4-5 days longer than advertised.Loved itFits true to size nice color and good materialWhen we opened the box the brim was severely warped and even though the size we bought fits perfectly in the store, for some reason it was way too small. It was supposed to be a special birthday present and I’m sad I had to return it :(It comes in regulat quarter-inch hat sizes, rather the S,M,L. The downside is the brim interferes with the auto back rests, so it can't be worn while driving.Great hatVery good looking I still need 15 more words so this can be done go blazers football teamGreat hat for the price.
